Job Description

  • Manage contract negotiations, administration, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure contractual obligations, variations, and claims are properly documented and addressed.
  • Lead dispute resolution, risk assessment, and claims management in coordination with legal teams.
  • Oversee contract execution and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with PMC teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve contractual issues efficiently.
  • Review and advise on tender documents, procurement strategies, and contractual frameworks.
  • Implement cost control measures, payment certifications, and contract close-out procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, FIDIC guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present contractual reports and risk assessments to senior management.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in contracts management within the construction sector, including 5 years in the GCC.
  • Strong expertise in master planning, infrastructure development, and large-scale contracts.
  • Experience working in an engineering consultancy within a PMC contract.
  • Proficiency in FIDIC contracts, claims management, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as MRICS, CIArb, or PMP are a plus.
