Case Study: Technical Director at a Large Property Development Organization

The approach taken for this role was a retained search and this involved:

  • Market mapping Head of Technical departments with GCC experience
  • Local branded advertising

Key selection criteria:

  • Engineering/Architectural degree
  • Client side or consultancy experience leading a Technical department
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels in the business

Outcome:

The process took 8 weeks from sourcing to offer acceptance.
