A significant 68% of respondents recognise AI's role in enhancing productivity. AI tools, like smart email filters and prioritisation assistants, are redefining efficiency by freeing up teams for more strategic tasks.
It’s not all smooth sailing. Addressing the challenges of AI integration is as crucial as leveraging its advantages. A significant 61% of survey participants expressed concerns about AI's limited capacity for human judgement and intuition. Businesses need to ensure AI technology complements human decision-making rather than replaces it.
Privacy and data security are also on people's minds, with 48% of our respondents flagging it. That means companies have to raise their game with solid security and clear-cut policies on using data.
Also, ethical considerations and potential job displacement, mentioned by 38% and 36% respectively, call for approaches that align AI's role with your company's values and the well-being of your workforce.
Nearly half of professionals surveyed said they use AI technology for job searching, citing time efficiency and better job opportunities as critical benefits. However, more than half hesitate to embrace AI for job hunting due to a lack of understanding or concerns about impersonality.
